Formats and limits

Create 1 to 100 labels, with the same or different text. Main line: 60 characters; small line: 50 characters. Accented letters are supported; emoji and characters missing from the fonts are rejected.

Use plain paper or a full adhesive sheet to cut yourself. These sizes do not match manufacturer-specific precut label sheets.

From a name to a gift, in three steps

  1. Choose an illustration and replace the sample text.
  2. For several recipients, tick “Different text on each label” and move through the labels.
  3. Create your PDF sheet and print at 100%, without fitting. Cut out the rectangles and attach them to your gifts.

Which paper should I use?

Start with a test on plain paper. Thicker paper works well for tags tied with string, if your printer supports it. These sheets are not calibrated for a particular brand of precut adhesive labels.

Is my text saved?

Personalisation happens in this tab, without sending names to a server. Download your results before closing the page. The designs are in colour; the printed result depends on your printer and paper.
