A HELPING HAND

Combine two photos for a before-and-after comparison

One image makes comparisons easier in a listing, message or post. Create a collage without cropping your photos.

Choose and order photos

  1. Add two JPG or PNG photos. You can combine up to nine.
  2. Use Move up and Move down to put the before photo first and the after photo second. Remove excludes a photo from this collage.
  3. Choose Side by side for a left-to-right comparison, Column for top-to-bottom, or Grid for more photos.

Check the layout

The layout preview follows your settings. Each photo fits in a square cell with its proportions preserved, without cropping or stretching. The background appears around photos and in empty grid cells.

Choose a white, cream or dark background and spacing from 0 to 80 pixels. Spacing also forms the outer border. The selected size is the longest side, rounded down by a few pixels to keep cells equal.

Small photos may be enlarged. Check their sharpness: a larger export does not create extra detail.

Create and download

  1. Choose PNG to preserve rendered pixels, or JPG for photos that are often lighter. Both formats use your solid background.
  2. Select Create my image, check the result and download it. Open the file to review the collage before sharing.
  3. Recreate the image after editing order or settings. The previous result stays downloadable while you work and is marked as outdated.

Limits

2 to 9 images, 20 MB per file, 100 MB total and 24 million pixels per image. Maximum output size: 32 MB. Choose a longest side of 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 pixels.

The collage is created on your device without retaining original metadata. Keep your original photos and download the result before closing the tab or changing language.
