A HELPING HAND

Convert CBZ to PDF and check the image order

A CBZ contains the images of a comic or illustrated document. Select the pages, check their order and create a PDF for your usual reader, with processing on your device.

Check the contents and proposed order

Names: page1.jpg, page10.jpg, page2.jpg
Expected natural order: page1, page2, page10

This version accepts JPG and PNG pages from a CBZ or compatible ZIP archive. It does not convert CBR, which uses a different archive format. Renaming an extension does not convert the contents.

The initial natural sort puts page2 before page10 for comparable names. Images in folders or with inconsistent names may still need reordering. Check thumbnails rather than inferring page order from the archive name alone.

Choose pages and PDF format

  1. Open Convert CBZ to PDF and import the archive. Wait for analysis, then check the first image and available page count.
  2. Select the images to keep and adjust their order. Exclude an advertisement or cover only when you intend to leave it out of the copy.
  3. Choose A4 for pages fitted to that format, or Original for page dimensions calculated from each image. Create and download the PDF.

Example: share a cover and two comic pages

Selection: cover, comic page 2, comic page 3
Expected result: one 3-page PDF
Checks: order · readable bubbles · complete edges

Select the cover and two comic pages in the intended order. The PDF should contain three pages. Open all three after downloading and check speech-bubble text, edges and orientation.

Original uses image dimensions to determine PDF page dimensions; it does not restore a certified physical print size. A4 fits images without stretching and leaves margins. No text recognition is added.

Understand compressed-archive limits

An archive under 50 MB can contain much more data when decompressed. Limits are 150 images, 25 MB per image, 120 MB of decompressed images and 24 million pixels per image. The resulting PDF is limited to 150 MB.

Unsupported images or damaged archives need correction at the source. Try a small selection on mobile. The image ZIP export retains the selected image files; PDF conversion does not restore damaged image detail.

Keep the original CBZ and download results before reloading or changing language. Check your rights to share the document before sending the copy.
