Create your stamp

1. Choose Name and contact details, Paid or Received on…, then replace the name and main wording. Received on… suggests today’s date: edit it to match your document. Open Add a little detail for an optional detail or bottom line. Optional fields can stay empty.
2. Check the preview: the checkerboard represents transparency. Open Customise further to change the shape or choose one of three styles without losing your text. Long text is reduced to fit the border.
3. Download a transparent PNG for documents or photos. Save my template creates an editable .filepico-tampon file.

Place it on a PDF

1. Select Add to a PDF to send the stamp to the signature tool in this tab. A PDF already loaded there is kept.
2. Choose your document and page, move the stamp and adjust its size.
3. Create the PDF and check the downloaded copy. You can also import a .filepico-tampon template directly in the signature tool.

Reuse your template

Open my template restores the shape, colour and text from the .filepico-tampon file. It contains no PDF document. Nothing is saved automatically: download your template before closing this page.

Visual stamp without electronic certification. Two shapes, four text lines up to 50 characters, template up to 16 KB. Transparent PNG: 1,024 × 1,024 or 1,400 × 700 pixels. Logos and distressed textures are not available in this first version. Keep your originals.
