Create a printable photo contact sheet
Arrange labelled thumbnails on A4 pages to identify images in a collection.
Prepare the sheet
- Add JPG or PNG photos. Arrange them with Move up and Move down.
- Choose 4, 6 or 9 thumbnails per A4 page. Photos keep their proportions.
- Create and download the contact sheet PDF. You can then continue with this PDF in the PDF tools.

Check names and printing
Each thumbnail has its list number and filename. Long names are shortened and unsupported font characters become question marks: keep originals to retrieve the full name.
Open the downloaded PDF and check order and caption readability. This sheet helps identify photos; choose fewer thumbnails per page for larger views. Output is A4 portrait: check your print settings.
Limits
50 images, 20 MB per file, 100 MB total and 24 million pixels per image. Maximum 100 MB prepared images and 150 MB PDF.
Originals stay unchanged and processing is local. Download before closing, reloading or changing language.
