A HELPING HAND

Create and print a double-sided postcard

A photo or festive design on the front, a message and address on the back: prepare two A6 postcards on an A4 sheet.

Personalise both sides

  1. Choose My photo, Christmas or New Year. Upload a JPG/PNG for the photo design and choose a centred crop or the whole photo.
  2. Add an optional title and small text. Switch to the back to write your message and address.
  3. Check both previews. A blank address leaves handwriting lines. The box in the top right is for a real postage stamp.

Align the back when printing

  1. Download the PDF: page 1 contains two identical fronts and page 2 two identical backs, with matching crop marks.
  2. Choose A4, Actual size or 100%, without fit-to-page scaling. For automatic double-sided printing, flip on the long edge.
  3. Test on plain paper and hold it up to the light before cutting. For manual duplex, check your printer’s reinsertion direction.

Paper, limits and privacy

Each postcard measures 148 × 105 mm. These are flat cards, without folds. Check your printer’s supported paper weight before using card stock. Paper and mechanical tolerances can affect alignment: test first.

One JPG/PNG photo up to 12 MB and 24 million pixels, re-encoded as JPEG on white and reduced to 2,400 pixels per side. Title: 60 characters; small text: 100; message: 650 and 18 lines; address: 240 and 8 lines. Unsupported characters or text that does not fit are reported. PDF up to 32 MB.

Photos, messages and addresses stay in your browser. Download before closing or changing language. The stamp box is not postage.
