My table to check
Click cells to correct their text. Each detected text line becomes one table row; combine multiline cells manually.
Settings have changed. The table below is still your previous result. Extracting again will replace your edits.
UTF-8 CSV with an Excel marker. Cells that could start a formula receive a protective apostrophe, including negative numbers. Excel may change dates and leading zeros: import columns as text when needed.

Steps, formats and limits
How to use this tool
- Open your PDF or try the two-page table.
- Draw the table region, adjust columns and check the first rows shown.
- Choose pages to combine, recover the table, edit cells and download your CSV.
Does a scanned PDF work?
Only if it already has correctly positioned selectable OCR text. No OCR is added. An image-only scan cannot provide a table.
Is the layout recognised automatically?
No. You choose the region and columns. Rows are grouped by vertical position. Merged cells, multiline labels and irregularly aligned tables need manual corrections.
Can I combine pages?
Yes, up to 50. The region and columns are reused proportionally on every page. Check them all. Only a first row exactly matching the initial header is removed, when you enable that option.
Does the CSV preserve my amounts?
Text is not converted to numbers. Accents, quotes, commas and zeros are exported as UTF-8. Potential formulas and negative numbers receive a protective apostrophe. Your spreadsheet may interpret data afterwards: use its text import when needed.
Where do files stay?
In this tab, without uploads or automatic document storage. Keep the original PDF and download the CSV before closing. A rejected import does not replace your edited table.
