Steps, formats and limits
How to use this tool
- Paste Markdown, import a UTF-8 .md file or try the sample.
- Check the preview. Headings, lists, tables, quotes, links and code blocks are supported.
- Copy the HTML fragment for an existing site, or download a complete styled HTML page.
What is the difference between the two exports?
Copy HTML produces a fragment for an existing page. Download HTML page produces a complete document with its title, styling and selectable text, readable offline.
Are images and embedded HTML supported?
Raw HTML is shown as text. Images are replaced by their description and are not fetched. Only http, https, mailto and simple fragment links are active. Extensions such as formulas, diagrams and footnotes are not supported.
What are the limits?
UTF-8 files up to 1 MB, 200,000 characters and 10,000 lines. Complex documents can be rejected and processing stops after 10 seconds.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Conversion happens in this browser tab. Download your result before closing, reloading or switching language. A failed import preserves your current text.
