Create vintage labels

An old-fashioned touch for your jars, boxes and gifts.

Your words

Paste a list of names

Each line becomes one label’s main text, exactly as written. The current small line is used on every label. Up to 100 lines.

This replaces the sheet’s texts and keeps the design.

Continue later

Save your texts and settings in a .filepico-etiquettes file. Open it here to continue your creation. Nothing is saved automatically.

Up to 64 KB. Opening replaces the current creation: save it first if you want to keep it.

Your label

The sheet repeats this label on one or more A4 pages.

Steps, formats and limits

How to use this tool

  1. Choose classic blue, vintage blue, burgundy or olive.
  2. Write a title and an optional short line, then choose a size and quantity.
  3. Download the displayed label as PNG, or create an A4 PDF sheet. Print the PDF at 100%, without fitting to the page.

Which sizes are available?

60 × 40, 85 × 55 and 90 × 65 mm. A4 sheets use a 10 mm minimum margin and 5 mm between labels, up to 100 labels, identical or with different text.

Can I save ink?

Yes. Turn off Cream background to print on white or coloured paper. You can also turn off the two writing lines.

Can I use pre-cut adhesive sheets?

The grid uses FilePico sizes, not manufacturer templates. Use plain paper or full-sheet adhesive paper and cut the labels. Test on plain paper first.

Are my texts uploaded?

No. Text stays in this browser. The handwritten font is bundled locally. Download the PDF before closing or changing language.
